Suspect arrested with crack rocks, stolen credit cards and stolen Barbies

CAPITOLA, Calif. (KION-TV)- Capitola Police said that they found a person slumped over in a car.

They were found with drug paraphernalia, crack rocks, nitrous oxide, stolen Barbie's, and other people's credit cards/IDs.

There were no further details available at this time.
