Big rig overturns on Highway 17 in the Santa Cruz Mountains, minor injuries reported

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, Calif. (KION-TV) – A big rig overturned on northbound Highway 17 at Sugarloaf Road just before noon on Monday, according to the CHP.

The driver of the truck had minor injuries, according to the CHP. Traffic is reduced to one lane in that area.

It is close to where a crash happened that involved a school bus earlier in the morning.
