Isolated light showers winding down, gradual warming trend approaching
Some areas are seeing very light and isolated shower activity, which is expected to wind down overnight on Tuesday. As we make our way through the rest of the week, we'll see a gradual warming trend. For the weekend, a weak system will approach bringing us breezy conditions and slight cooler conditions.
Air Quality: Good
Tuesday: Cool, cloudy conditions early in the morning before clearing and becoming sunny. Highs in the 60s for most areas with windy conditions for inland areas.
Extended: A slight warmup for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. However temperatures will cool down considerably for Saturday and Sunday, before warming up again on Monday. Some areas will see cloudy conditions for portions of the day, before clearing up. For inland areas like King City and Soledad, winds will pick up on Thursday.

-Area drought status: Abnormally dry for far southeastern Monterey County and eastern San Benito County. Drought-free for the remainder of the KION coverage area.
