One person rescued from capsized boat at Twin Lakes State Beach in Santa Cruz

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (KION-TV) - A small boat flipped over in Santa Cruz on Twin Lakes State Beach on Thursday afternoon. 

The Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office said one person was rescued from the boat once it flipped over.  Santa cruz fire and central fire were on scene Thursday afternoon. 

As of Thursday night, the boat is still there and the Sheriff's Office said they anchored it down and it will remain there until at least Friday morning.
