Pet of the Week: Meet Dani!
Meet Dani! Dani came to Animal Friends Pet Project from Hitchcock Road Animal Services with her brother after testing positive for Parvo. But don't be fooled by her rough start - this little ball of fur is all about living her best life, especially after recovering!
Dani's a pro at playtime, a cuddle connoisseur, and those tiny legs and extra fluff give her a hop that could rival any rabbit in town, and she's smart to boot! She's crate-trained and house-trained, even going to bed at the same time as her fosters! She is still pretty timid, so an adopter who can continue her positive socialization would be best as well as having continued patience with her.
Dani thrives with her foster brother! She's even shown positive interest with kitties but introductions with other animals should be done over-time. At this time we are seeking to place her in a home with another playful pup, or a confident older dog to continue her positive socialization.
Dani can be timid at first, adult adopters who can be patient with her and are home throughout the day would be best or families with children over the age of 8 are preferred.
