Correction: Election 2024-Suarez story

MIAMI (AP) — In a story first published June 14, 2023, about Miami Mayor Francis Suarez announcing his bid for the Republican presidential nomination, The Associated Press erroneously reported that Suarez is president of the U.S. Conference of Mayors. Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve was elected as the organization’s new president on June 5, ending Suarez’s term as the leader.
