Downed power line causes backups on Highway 101
SALINAS, Calif. (KION)-- A downed power line is causing major backups on Highway 101 across all lanes near Spence Road.
The CHP, fire department and PG & E are on scene and though all lanes are now open, it will take some time for traffic to filter through.
Avoid the area, if possible.
