Suspects sought in Capitola Mall theft
The Capitola Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding thieves who stole from a makeup store in the mall.
Last month, three suspects walked into Ulta Beauty at the Capitola Mall and stole merchandise totaling around $500.
Officers say all suspects left he area in a black jeep with paper plates.
