Two officers injured during fight in Santa Cruz

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (KION-TV) - Two officers were injured during a confrontation last night in Santa Cruz.

According to the City of Santa Cruz, the confrontation happened last night in downtown Santa Cruz on Pacific Avenue.

The suspect involved in the confrontation was tased and arrested.

While the officers were sent to Dominican Hospital for treatment, they were released from the hospital the same night.
