Man arrested for attempted burglary in King City

A man was arrested on attempted burglary charges in King City over the weekend.

Police were called to the 200 block of Bassett Street, Sunday.

31-year-old Luis Pacheco went through the back of the business and entered a parked car through a broken window.

Police identified Pacheco through surveillance footage.

Pacheco was found on 700 block of Broadway Street. He was arrested and booked into the Monterey County Jail.
