Greenfield man sentenced to prison for driving moped drunk

A Greenfield man has been sentenced to prison for driving under the influence with numerous priors.

On January 25, 55-year-old Cristobal Hernandez was spotted on a red moped without a license plate. When officers contacted him they suspected he had been drinking.

During their investigation, officers determined Hernandez was intoxicated and he even admitted consuming alcohol.

Hernandez was convicted and sentenced to 16 months in prison for driving under the influence with numerous priors which includes five prior convictions for driving under the influence in Monterey County including one prior felony conviction.
