Boulder Creek churches tagged, suspect arrested
An arrest has been made after two churches in Boulder Creek were vandalized with graffiti.
The tagging occurred over the weekend. The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office began investigating the case and posted a picture of the graffiti at Boulder Creek Community Church on Facebook. The suspect defaced the church with a message that said, “Hail Satan.”

Detectives got their hands on surveillance video showing suspect, Rollin Easley buying spray paint in Boulder Creek.
The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office said, “Deputies searched Easley’s home and found evidence related to the crime including similar drawings and google searches of Boulder Creek churches.”
Easley was arrested and booked into jail for two counts of felony vandalism.
