Flooding road closure on Hartnell west of Alisal Road; Monterey CHP

MONTEREY, Calif. (KION-TV) -- Monterey CHP is warning drivers that Hartnell Road west of Alisal Road is currently closed due to flooding.

They are asking please to avoid the area and plan driving routes accordingly.
