Carmel Valley special needs woman found in Florida
UPDATE: 4/14/2017 11.47 A.M. A special needs woman, missing from Carmel Valley, has been found in Florida at a truck stop. It appears she bought a ticket. We’ll post more details as they come in.
A special needs woman from Carmel Valley is reportedly missing, according to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said Vanessa Bell, 41, was last seen April 4 at her home.
Bell’s mother Tammy Bell reached out to KION with information and pictures. Tammy said she has a conservatorship for her daughter and hopes she will be found soon.
