Over $2,000 worth of Dyson vacuum cleaners stolen in two cities
More than $2,000 worth of vacuum cleaners were stolen last month from two different Target stores, authorities said.
A woman in her mid-20s or 30s took a $600 Dyson vacuum cleaner from the Target at 1790 Airline Highway in Hollister on March 28 and left the store in a black older-model Crown Victoria or Lincoln Town Car, police said.
Dyson vacuum cleaners worth $1,500 were stolen March 29 from the Gilroy Target.
The man accused of stealing from the store made two trips, changing his shirt between trips, Gilroy police said.
Anyone with information about the thefts is asked to contact police.
