Santa Cruz police searching for bank robbery suspect
Santa Cruz police need the public’s help identifying a man wanted for an armed robbery.
According to police, the suspect robbed a US Bank on Morrissey Boulevard on Friday, March 3, 2017.
The suspect was last seen in an older Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by an accomplice. The vehicle is a light tan or champagne color with a charcoal bottom. It has roof racks, possible side steps and rear windows tinted.
The suspect is described as a man in his late 20’s, 5’08” to 5’10”, medium build. He was wearing a black hoodie, a brown beanie with a black stripe, black sunglasses, blue or black pants, white shoes and gloves.
