According to police, the shooting happened on the 2200 block of Delaware Avenue when someone inside of one vehicle shot at another. The teen was hit in the lower body and was dropped off at Dominican Hospital. The teen was later taken to a Bay Area trauma center where he was treated for non-life-threatening wounds, police said.
Police said they have limited information because there is a low level of cooperation with the victim and one witness.
A small portion of Delaware Avenue was closed for a short period of time so that evidence could be collected.
