Salinas police search for missing person
The Salinas Police Department needs the public’s help finding a missing person with suspicious circumstances.
According to police, 18-year-old Paulino Guzman III was last seen or heard from on December 12, 2015. At the time, he was in good spirits with no known plans to leave the area.
Guzman is 5’10” and weighs 180 lbs. He has the letters “es” tattooed near his left eye and Aztec numerals tattooed near his right eye.
