Santa Cruz County drug bust lands two behind bars

Two Santa Cruz County residents are facing drug charges after investigators said they found methamphetamine at a storage locker in the 2600 block of Mission St.

Officers with Santa Cruz Police and the Neighborhood Enforcement Team said Adrian Puga, 32, from Watsonville and his girlfriend Selene Bazarnick, 33, from Santa Cruz were arrested.

Investigators said they found about 3/4 of a pound of suspected crystal meth inside the storage locker, a street value of $27,000.

Both were taken to the Santa Cruz County Jail on drug charges.
