Prunedale man leads deputies on a foot chase

On Friday, the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office said a suspect led deputies on a foot chase near Beatrice Rd. and Highway 101 at about 10:18 p.m. Thursday.

Deputies said they tried to stop Cameron Bush, 32, of Prunedale, because he was a wanted felon. During the incident, deputies said Bush got out of his car but was later caught.

Bush was arrested and taken to the Monterey County Jail.
