Watsonville High School teacher’s car stolen

Watsonville police officers are looking for two young men who they say stole a teacher’s car.

On November 10, a Watsonville High School teacher left his car running while he went into his classroom to grab something, according to the Watsonville Police Department. When he walked back out, he realized his car was stolen.

Later that night, the car and two young men sitting in the front seat were captured on traffic camera photos for running a red light.

Officers say they need help identifying the two. Anyone with information is asked to call the department at 831-471-1151, or the Anonymous Crime Tip-Line at 768-3544.
