Scotts Valley emergency preparedness workshop tonight

The Scotts Valley Police Department is hosting a free emergency preparedness workshop Tuesday evening in light of El Nio.

The workshop is taking place at the Community Center, 361 Kings Valley Rd, from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

Experts will discuss a number of ways to prepare for emergencies.
