Armed robbery at a Bakery in Salinas
The Salinas Police Department responded to an armed robbery Sunday morning at the Bagel Bakery on West Alisal Street.
Police said a lone gunman wearing a black hoodie and mask entered the business and displayed a handgun and demanded money from the register.
Police say a few patrons were present and no attempt was made towards them.
The suspect fled the business and was possibly seen entering a white SUV parked nearby, according to police.
