man and a 38 year-old woman died. and today, people blocked streets and chained themselves to the oakland police headquarters.. to protest the recent grand jury decisions not to indict officers for the deaths of two unarmed men. dozens of people were seen holding hands, and blocking off roads in downtown oakland today. more than a dozen protesters were arrested.
