Carmel police close criminal investigation into city employee
Carmel police closed the criminal investigation into Carmel City Information Systems and Network Manager Steve McInchak.
Police were investigating whether McInchak unlawfully gained access to city personnel files and information.
A search warrant was issued on June 5, 2013. Police say there wasn’t enough evidence to move forward with the case.
