Mitchel West: White male adult, 50 years old, 5’10”, 170 lbs., blonde hair and blue eyes. West has a tattoo of a money bag and a man with a shotgun on his left forearm. West is wanted on a $5,000 outstanding arrest warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. Anyone with information about West’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Salinas Police Department.
Gil Ramon Vasquez: Hispanic male adult, 25 years old, 5’10”, 240 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. Vasquez has a tattoo of four dots beside his left eye. Vasquez is wanted on a $3,500 outstanding warrant for trespassing. Anyone with information about Vasquez’ whereabouts is asked to contact the Salinas Police Department.
RosaMaria Best: White female, 40 years old, 5’4″, 200 pounds, green eyes and brown hair. Best is accused of hitting a Pebble Beach security guard with her car. She’s wanted on suspicion of possession of stolen property and assault with a deadly weapon. She was last known to be living in Salinas. Anyone with information regarding Best’s whereabouts is urged to call the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office at 755-3722.
