Watsonville police investigate a drive-by shooting

Watsonville police need help finding the suspects involved in a drive-by shooting Saturday evening.

Police say it happened around 7 p.m. Saturday night on Roosevelt Street when the victim parked his car on the curb. Police say this is when another car pulled up beside him and the occupants inside starting shooting at the victim.

The suspect’s car took off before police could track it down. Police say they are still on the lookout for the suspects. The victim was transported to a bay area trauma center. Police do not know the extent of their injuries right now.
