Capitola Police Offer Free Ride Program on New Year’s Eve

Capitola Police are taking extra precautions this New Year’s Eve to make sure everyone get’s home safe.

The police department are offering it’s free ride program for people who live within the city limits.

Those rides are available from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. on New Year’s Eve.

Last year, the program gave more than 150 people a ride home.
