Pet of the Week: Meet Happy!
This almost 3-year old sweet tri-pawd kitty came to us after a Good Samaritan dropped her off at a local vet and then transferred to Hitchcock Road Animal Services where it was confirmed she had a fractured front forelimb. Happy has made amazing strides following her amputation and is now on the lookout for her furever home!
Happy is a very low-maintenance kitty who's as happy as can be despite her rough beginnings! She's the best lap-kitty and would love to find an owner who can provide the lap! Happy loves playing with toys ranging from balls to strings, making an effort to show her amazing skills even with three legs!
Happy would do fine in a home with both dogs and cats, but should be introduced to any new siblings slowly over time. Adult adopters or families with children over the age of 10 would be best for Happy.
