Pet of the Week: Meet Starlight!

Meet Starlight! She's part of the The Boys litter who have been on this segment the past few weeks.
Starlight is the only girl in this litter, which includes Frenchie, Noir, and Hughie, all of whom were rescued from the Royal Oaks area when their mom was trapped for spay surgery and returned to her home. This beautiful girl easily holds her own against her brothers and is ready for her own furrever home.

Starlight

Starlight is a dilute torbie, an uncommon coloration comprised of the cream and gray of a dilute tortoiseshell and the stripes of a tabby. She is thirteen weeks old now,

and a bundle of energy and fun. Like all kittens of her age, Starlight is immensely curious, and old
enough to explore every new environment she encounters. Not only does she wrestle with her brothers
and chase all rolling objects, she also loves going after the wand toy and any other dangling objects.
Starlight is the litter’s explorer, bold and unafraid to enter new places.

When tired, she’s happy to settle into your lap for a quick kitten nap. Starlight will be happiest in an active home with other companions, two- or four-legged. She gets along with other kittens and has had some dog exposure. Kittens at this age have a great deal of energy and will be happiest with companionship most of the day.

Starlight

If you're interested in adopting Starlight, you can submit an adoption application at www.ourneighborhoodpetproject.org.

Their next adoption event is this weekend and it’s a big one. They’ll be at the annual West End Celebration in Sand City both Saturday and Sunday, August 24th and 25th. We’ll have both kittens and puppies at the event, so come join us both days and make some new furry friends!
