Pet of the Week: Meet Ziggy!

Meet Ziggy! He is the only boy in a litter of six surrendered when Our Neighborhood Pet
Project partnered with SNIP bus to get all the pets in a household spayed or
neutered. You may remember meeting Abigail and Celeste from the Big Little Lies
litter last week. Ziggy is their brother!

Their mom is a smooth-coat white terrier and dad is a black and tan terrier/long-haired chihuahua mix, so you can see who Ziggy takes after. This 8-week-old boy is neutered and ready for adoption now.

Ziggy and his sisters are active, playful, and friendly puppies ready to explore the
world. Ziggy loves to play and makes good use of his chew toys when humans
aren’t available as playmates. He is also familiar with adult dogs and cats. Since both parents were about 12 lbs, these puppies are expect to be around 10-14 lbs. when they’re all grown up.

ONPP is a home-based rescue that has foster cats and dogs of all ages, sizes, and colors available for adoption. Their next adoption event is next Saturday, April 6th, at the Salinas Farmers Market from 10 am to 2 pm.

ONPP cats and dogs are all vaccinated, microchipped, and spay/neutered prior to adoption. If you're interested in adopting Ziggy or another pet, you can submit an adoption application at www.ourneighborhoodpetproject.org.
