Governor Newsom provides update on state’s response to COVID-19 outbreak

(KION) California Governor Gavin Newsom is providing an update on the state's response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

According to Johns Hopkins University, there are more than 31,000 confirmed cases around the state and more than a thousand deaths.
