Mornings Get Cooler

Air Quality Report (As of 7:30AM)
All reporting stations are good.

Weak high pressure will try to build in from the south, which will keep storm systems off to our north for a while. One system will sneak in from the west overnight, but it will only bring high clouds. Northerly surface winds will push some dryer air into the region. While that may cut down on fog, morning lows get colder into the weekend with frost looking likely inland. High temperatures will remain fairly steady during the period through the weekend. Additional systems will pass by Sunday/Monday with and Wednesday, though no rain is expected.

Friday: Northerly winds continue over the hills, with dryer air entering the region. Decreasing high clouds. Highs in the 60s.

Overnight: Mostly clear and cooler. Expect lows in the 30s-40s for coastal areas with inland spots mostly in the 30s.

Saturday: Northerly winds will continue over the hills at times under sunny skies. Expect highs in the 60s with a few inland valleys reaching the low 70s.
Extended:  Low temperatures continue to fall off into the weekend with mid-30s to low 40s on the coast on Sunday and upper 20s to mid-30s inland where frost is likely. Afternoons will be cool, but mostly sunny into next week. Conditions look to remain dry through the Thanksgiving holiday.

This week's normal temperatures:

LOW: 45ºF
HIGH: 64ºF

LOW: 39ºF
