Lane closures in effect near Highway 68 at Highway 1 after crash
The CHP says lanes will be shut down where Highway 68 meets Highway 1.
They confirm there was a crash there, but are still assessing the scene.
The CHP says there will be lane closures that include the southbound off ramp.
