Santa Cruz prowler arrested after using brother’s name
A Santa Cruz man was arrested after prowling in someone’s backyard.
Officers responed to the 300 block of Goss Avenue where they located 23-year-old Jared Norris in the nearby area.
When Mr. Norris was detained, he provided his brother’s name rather than his own. But officers say “the charade didn’t work.”
Jared Norris was found to have misdemeanor and felony warrants for his arrest. He was arrested for his warrants, providing false ID, prowling and possession of a concealed knife.
