Deputies seek help identifying body found in the Arroyo Seco River

The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help identifying the body of a man found in the Arroyo Seco River near the Day Camp on December 13.

The Sheriff’s Office said its had no luck identifying the man and believe he may have been in the water between one to two months. He’s described as a white male approximately 6-foot-1, 200 pounds, possibly in his 40’s and has tattoos on his left arm.

Anyone with information should contact the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office.
