Deputies ID woman’s body found in Pinto Lake

The body of a woman found in Pinto Lake last weekend has been identified according the the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said Elizabeth Todis, 34, of Eugene, Oregon was identified through fingerprint testing.

Todis was believed to be a transient in Northern California and had been visiting the Salinas area about a month ago, deputies said.

The office said autopsy results are not complete yet.
