Shooting investigation in Salinas Sunday

Salinas police say a 19-year-old man was shot at in the area of North Sanborn Road Sunday night.

Police say the victim came to the police department to report he had been shot at when he was stopped at the light on Freedom Parkway.

Police say no one was injured.

The suspect’s vehicle is described as a candy-apple red sedan occupied by a male and a female. The male passenger reportedly fired one shot at the victim.
