Portion of Highway 1 closes due to vehicle fire

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (KION) The California Highway Patrol closed a portion of northbound Highway 1 Monday morning due to a vehicle fire.

Both lanes were closed at Ocean Street.

The lanes are expected to be back open now.
