MotoAmerica returns to WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca for Superbike Speedfest of Monterey

SALINAS, Calif. (KION) - With over 150 entries across five different classes of racing, MotoAmerica returns to WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.

Riders like Bobby Fong and Jake Gagne who are at the top of the Superbike standings, are looking forward to the action-packed weekend.

"The Superbike field is stacked," Gagne said. "Not just Superbikes, but Supersport and Baggers. All the classes are really better than they have been in a long, long time."

Laguna Seca is a track both riders have circled on the calendar.

"It's an iconic course," Fong said. "It is in such a beautiful area so we look forward to coming here."

The standings are tight in each class, only adding to the excitement of race week. Riders will be battling for every point, each with their sights set on a championship.
