South Carolina State secures 73-68 win over East Carolina

GREENVILLE, N.C. — Led by Lesown Hallums’ 22 points, the South Carolina State Bulldogs defeated the East Carolina Pirates 73-68 on Tuesday night. The Pirates were led in scoring by Ezra Ausar, who finished with 18 points. The Bulldogs moved to 1-7 with the win and the Pirates fell to 5-3.
