LOWELL, Mass. — Led by Ayinde Hikim’s 18 points, the UMass-Lowell River Hawks defeated the Sacred Heart Pioneers 90-81 on Wednesday night. The River Hawks are now 3-1 on the season, while the Pioneers fell to 2-2.
