Attempted bank robbery suspect arrested in Marina
MARINA, Calif. (KION-TV) -- Marina Police said a man attempting to rob a bank in the city has been booked into the Monterey County Jail.
Police said the man attempted to rob the bank at the 3100 block of Vista Del Camino on Wednesday.
After the report, police said the suspect was tracked down at the intersection of Del Monte Blvd and Beach Drive.
He was arrested but police did not immediately identify him.
Olson Elementary School was put on lockdown during the investigation as a precaution. The lockdown was lifted after the arrest was made.
