Greenfield Police arrest one person for child molestation

GREENFIELD, CALIF. (KION-TV)- Greenfield Police arrested one person for multiple counts of child molestation last Friday.

Early last week, according to officials, a man exposed his genitals to community members while engaging in inappropriate sexual behavior with himself on the 200 block of El Camino Real. Police asked for the community's help by posting on their social media about the situation.

Since that post, survivors came forward to report their abuse. The victims, aged between 4 to 7 were known to the suspect. This led to the arrest of 33-year-old Filiberto Santiago Martinez from Greenfield.

Martinez is currently booked into the Monterey County Jail.
