Forward progress stopped on Peach Fire burning east of San Lucas, King City
MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. (KION-TV) -- Cal Fire BEU said forward progress is stopped on a wildfire burning along Highway 198 east of Peach Tree Road.
The fire was initially reported on July 20, 2024 around 11:44 p.m.
Cal Fire said the fire is 50% contained after burning 80 acres in the southern edge of Monterey County.
No evacuations have been ordered or injuries reported at this time.
