Coronavirus cases at care center in Monterey

MONTEREY, Calif. (KION)

Cypress Ridge Care Center in Monterey located on Skyline Drive, is reporting there are several confirmed Coronavirus cases at the nursing facility.

On it's website, Cypress Ridge says: "There are currently five confirmed, COVID-19 positive residents in our COVID-19 isolation unit."

There are no reported staff members with the virus.

Since January of this year the facility reports a total of 21 confirmed cases.
