Magnitude 3.3 earthquake hits Aromas early Monday

A Magnitude 3.3 Earthquake hit the Aromas area just before 3:00 a.m. Monday morning.

According to the USGS, it happened about 2 miles east-southeast of Aromas at 2:58 a.m.

The depth of the earthquake was reported at around 4.3 miles.

No damage or injuries have been reported.
