WATCH: When you should step in to help a stray kitten

Our Neighborhood Pet Project visits the KION Studio to talk about when the right time is to help out a stray kitten.

Often times, while the kitten is alone, its mom is also not too far away.

ONPP says you should look out for specific signs suggesting the kitten is okay, plus consider signs for when a kitten is indeed in need of help.
