Large earthquake strikes off the Oregon coast

BANDON, Ore. (KION-TV) Wednesday afternoon at 1:15 p.m., an earthquake registering 6.0 struck off the coast of Oregon, according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS.)

The quake's epicenter was 173 miles W of Bandon, with a depth of 6.2 miles, according the USGS.

No tsunami warnings for the California coast have been issued as a result of the earthquake.
