Fire breaks out at Clean Green Recycling Plant in Dunnville; shuts down nearby roads

DUNNVILLE, Calif. (KION-TV) - On Monday night, a fire broke out at the Clean Green Recycling Plant in Dunnville, near the 4 Corners area.

Responders stayed on scene overnight going into Tuesday morning to keep the blaze from spreading. San Benito County officials are warning, due to the nature of the burning materials, this fire might take days to fully extinguish.

The fire forced overnight road closures, staying shut down for upwards of 10 hours and reopening around 5 Tuesday morning. However, CHP left signs on the roadside of San Felipe, Fairview, and Shore Roads in case those roads need be closed again.
